A picture really is worth a thousand words so it’s helpful to include screenshots in your posts.
Here are the steps:
1. Open a screenshot application. There are multiple applications that do this.
If you are using Windows 10, just click on your Start icon, search for “snip” and click on the Snipping Tool program.
2. Take the screenshot. To do this using the Snipping Tool application, just click the New button and highlight the area on the screen that you want to take a screenshot of. When you are done taking the screenshot, the screenshot should be automatically placed on your clipboard.
3. Paste the screenshot from your clipboard into your post using Ctrl-V on your keyboard. Your screenshot will get converted into a post attachment with an attachment number like [attach]1051[/attach] in the screenshot below. You can paste as many screenshots as you want. In this case I pasted three different screenshots and put sentences in between them.
Even though you only see [attach]1051[/attach] in the post editor above, after you submit the post, the images will appear within your post. You can see the finished result here (click here).
Feel free to use as many images as you want in your posts. A picture is worth a thousand words.
