I have set up new roles in my system, and one of the Roles are the Project Manager (Construction Edition).  On the Online version "2018 R2" everything is working just fine, but when I open the mobile app it gives me an error message "Server returned an error you have insufficient rights to access the object (FS642000)"

Any idea of what do I need to granted to fix this issue?

see attachment

Thank You

Reinaldo

I have a colleague who got this same error message, but I wasn't able to reproduce it in my environment.

The solution for her had something to do with the Internal User role.

Hi Tim,

I found the solution with the help of support, it was related to the role access rights, basically, I created a fresh role and granted access rights from the top of the route and revoked the item that needs to be revoked from inside the service role.

This was Solved!

Interesting. So it seems like it was a problem with permissions on menu folders and not the menu screens themselves.

That’s correct.

If you notice FS64200 is a screen for field services and the access was revoked.

That’s why the error, after I gave proper access everything was fine.

Thank you

Reinaldo
