Acumatica Report Reviews: GL Edit Detailed

March 26, 2015 by Tim Rodman

This post is part of a two year series of posts related to the out of the box reports in Acumatica. For a full list, click here.

The GL Edit Detailed (GL610500) report in Acumatica displays your GL batches that have not been Posted, Released, or Voided.

It is exactly the same as the GL Edit Summary (GL612001) report that we looked at last week (click here), except that it shows the individual debits and credits underneath each batch.

DAC Schema

I went through the DAC relationships on the Relationships tab in the Schema Builder window and came up with the following graphical representation (notice that the first join is outer to ensure that we see the batch, even if there aren’t any transactions):

Filters

Here is a snapshot of the filters that are being used in the report:

There is one group on this report and it involves two fields:

    1. Batch.Module
    2. Batch.BatchNbr
