A prospect loves the fact that Acumatica has push notification via SMS, but wants to know if there's a way to capture incoming txt messages. Background: his CSRs use their personal phones to send/receive txt messages when communicating with their customers. My prospect accepts the reality of this, but doesn't like the fact that there's all this communication going on without it being captured in the CRM. Plus, since it's being done on a personal devise, there's no control, esp. if someone leaves the company - all that communication is gone. Can Twilio be set up to replicate the txt content at the customer account level in Acumatica?
Lightspeed Voice has a message service "built" in. This could address the BYOD policy within your client environment and eliminate the concern regarding the data. The push feature appears to live in Acumatica and would require it to be configured there. Would like to discuss further.
