We have set default prices on sales items in Acumatica. After selecting an item number, the item populates with the desired default price. Upon updating the quantity from the default of zero to the desired amount the default pricing disappears and goes back to $0.00. Can anyone explain why this is happening and what settings need to be changed to retain default pricing?
