Questions Inventory Status availability without Purchase Orders beyond 30 to 60 days out

Trying to create a GI that will show what is available right now as well as chose a date range for the Purchase Orders that are currently out there that might not be arriving in time for current orders.  So Inventory with date range for Purchase orders for these items. 

Is there a way to look at Inventory availability / safety stock and eliminate PO’s that will not deliver beyond 30 or 60 days into the future so we can see what have or need right now to gets orders out.  We are trying to see what inventory is available "right now" without the Purchase Orders that might be out there that might not arrive in a timely matter..
