Greetings. Once again the newbie with a question. Can you setup a proxy email account in Acumatica? We use O365 (or is it M365?) and want to have a proxy email shared with multiple users for "accounting" so that anyone in the "accounting" group can respond to inquires and we also prefer not to have personal email accounts sending invoices and statements to customers.

We have used the proxy emails in O365 in the past with great success and there is no additional cost. We are being told that Acumatica can only work with full (paid) license email accounts because there needs to be a password to interface with O365.

The O365 email accounts we have set up with normal (paid) accounts work fine in Acumatica.

Any feedback is most welcome.
