I would appreciate assistance on this issue, please:
I created an account group in the Account Groups Screen and linked it to a COA. I can see the Account Group in the COA screen and also in the project budgeting screen.
However.
When I run the SQL queries
- select * from PMAccountGroup
and
- select * from account
I can see all previously created Account Groups but not the one I added now.
I also note that the ones that I can see in SQL have been created by the admin admin user whilst the ones that I cannot see has been created by my own user name.
We are in the process of moving from UAT to Production and it is possible that my access in both Acumatica and SQL have been changed.
Hi, please disregard this issue. DBAdministrator pointed Acumatica to sa new DB whilst I was looking at old DB!
