Hi Everyone 

I'd used Acumatica Report Designer before and Works great, But Suddenly error happens when i clicked open from from server or reverse, 

Please Help thank You Very Much

Try running the report designer as administrator and see if that works. Othewise you may have to remove & reinstall the designer again

@alconroy thanks for the reply roy, I had done it before but the problem didn't solved. The problem only at my computer when i used another computer the problem didn't appear. i think this cause by corrupt xml but i don't know what is it.

Seems to be a corrupt XML document - meaning there could be something wrong with the report. 

Does it happen on all reports or just a specific one?

@roycelithgo Thanks for the reply royce, yes i  think you're right. The problem only at my computer when i used another computer the problem didn't appear. i think this cause by corrupt xml but i don't know what is it. the problem appear with the empty report too not just specific report.

@suthes-yogen I was going to suggest opening the report file with a text editor, but if you can't download it then that's not going to work! Have you tried different versions of the report, or unticking the currently selected version and reverting back to the original Acumatica version? 

BTW, the root node should be like this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<Report Name="report1">

Also make sure you are running the right version of the Report Designer. As in, the one compatible with your version of Acumatica. If it only happens on one specific computer then that's likely your issue. Whenever a new release comes out I need to download the latest designer and reassociate the report files with this new version.
