I have a dashboard tile that should be taking the period to date column of a GI that I've built and summing the total. The GI itself shows the total sales for a particular customer for this month, year, and the previous year. The numbers display just fine on the GI, and the totals should be fairly high, but the scoreboard tile displays a zero as the quantity. Has anyone else experienced this?
Yes we used to have that problem but it was resolved for us by MYOB release (2020.3) - sorry not sure what Acumatica release that equates to.
Anyway, I found a workaround with the GI using a formula instead of a direct field reference.

For anyone else having this issue, just make sure that ALL the fields that are required for your tile to calculate will need to be changed to formulas.
