I would like to see a GI that looks at aged buckets and creates a business event that would note if customer is pat due. This GI should group invoices by customer # and then give you the total past due and the ability to drill down into what is making up that sum total of past due.

Would love to see a twisted version of your historical inventory valuation report. Our company uses the lot/serial and expiration date functionality and we have had a hell of a time trying to get someone to design an accurate historical valuation report for us (we have spent thousands and still don’t have a functioning report). The total value always ties to our GL, but the lot serial and expiration dates that pull are not correct and we need to be able to sort and filter out inventory by exp date for our bank (at month end).

We have tried however not had much success in recreating the historical inventory balance totals in a GI instead of using the canned report.

The calculation that would give us a month end total including inventory including bins that did not change in the period evades us. We built a GI using the PX.Objects.IN.INItemSiteHist table but the totals do not include parts that have no movement.

That’s a good idea. I’ll see if I can create a Historical Inventory Balances generic inquiry that’s similar to the Historical Inventory Balance (IN616000) report.

I would love to develop a GI that shows me dead stock. We use average valuation method for valuing inventory. Any thoughts on how to develop that?

Have you seen the Dead Stock (IN405500) inquiry that they added in Acumatica 2021 R1?
