Please help, is it possible to have approvals after requisition bidding process but before creating Purchase Order. I have attached the original workflow and the desired setup.

From what I know default of Acumatica, has an approval scenario on requisition flow (especially the bidding process) not yet accommodate. Maybe you want to try using role access to define who will responsible release the document as approval, or you can customize it.
I don't know which version you used also. Hope this helps.

@daru Thanks for the response. I am on Acumatica 2020 R1, and yes the approvals can be set on requisitions. My question is can the approval be set to start after "complete bidding" process? as depicted in the 2 images attached.
@gproxy Not that I can think of. In general, approvals trigger when a document is taken off hold. The complete bidding step is separate from taking the document off hold.
Maybe you could do something with the new workflow engine. I'm not that familiar with it personally, but maybe you can interact with approvals.
