Under the opportunities module, in the Sales quotes screen, when attempting to send an email from the print action, all users are prevented from selecting the relevant notification template... The option is greyed out. I have not experienced this in any other module.

I first attempted to change the email defaults in opportunity preferences, but nothing changed.

I then manually selected the notification template in the report.rpx, which only half works because each employee needs their variable signature block, and their block saved under "My Profile" will not load through to the module for whatever reason.

It feels like something in the logic is going wrong, could it perhaps be fixed via a customisation project???
