Our customer service team gets calls from customers who wants to place an order . We use acumatica to create purchase order and sales order .My question is ‘can an API be setup so that when receving a call from a customer , based on the customer contact number , Acumatica should automatically pull up the customer information and show it as a pop up in the acumatica screen. This will save some time since the customer service representative need not manually look/search for the customer in acumatica every time they get a call. is it possible in acumatica ?

Which VoIP provider is your company using? I know the larger ones like 3cX provide an integration for the system that provide the sort of thing you're looking for.
Otherwise, if you have a CRM integration with Acumatica, you can often times integrate your VoIP with the CRM as an Ad-hoc method.
