Does anyone able to have a working automation settings to cancel unserved Sales Orders? Been trying to test but un able to have the correct one. I want all Sales Orders unserved after X number of days be cancelled automatically so it will no longer eat up some virtual allocation from our available qty..

I've done something similar to close expired quotes using a business event.
I run mine on a weekly schedule and close them every Friday afternoon. I run mine directly off the Sales Order Primary List since it has all the info I needed to select the relevant items to cancel. You may need to create your our Generic Inquiry if you need additional information.
My Subscriber is an Import Scenario and I bring in the Order Type and Order number and then run the "Cancel" action.
