When seeing up the business event I've seen that on the Notification Template header there are sections to link to Account/Contact/Entity. I've tried populating with a selection but have not been able to see that the email was actually linked under the Activities or anywhere else on the record.
Does anyone know if it is possible to have this email activity logged somewhere? If so can you help explain how this was done?

Thank you raising this up. I am also having the same issue trying to link my triggered notifications to the activity log without any challenge. I have seen the acumatica portal its triggered notifications hoked to the activity section so there must be something w are missing or not doing right. The experienced guys can help us here probably.
